Why the partnership?

Solihull Music works in partnership with Tudor Grange Academy to deliver high quality instrumental lessons and musical opportunities for all students at the Academy.  In-school instrumental lessons take place during the school day and are delivered by Solihull Music staff.  This is done in conjunction with the music lead of the Academy and the individual teacher who will timetable and monitor the weekly lessons.  It is hoped that this will raise the attainment and achievement of the students, which will filter through the music life of the Academy and Solihull as a whole, by joining one of the many Solihull Music ensembles on offer during the week and at Solihull Music.  Solihull Music offers instrumental lessons on a wide range of instruments (see below) and also gives students the opportunity to take part in large scale events e.g. rock and pop nights, Warwick Arts Centre, Symphony Hall, The Cavern Club (Liverpool) and The National Rock and Pop Festival, to name a few.
