TEACHER OF RE

As an outstanding academy we are looking for an outstanding teacher of RE to be part of our successful multi academy trust, all specialisms welcome. Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and NQTs.

Additionally, you will benefit from:

Examinations Officer

For September 2019 we are looking to recruit an Examinations Officer. This is an interesting and varied role requiring outstanding organisational skills. You will be working closely with a senior member of the Leadership Team. The core purpose of this role is to administer all Academy examinations – both internal and external.

Salary: NJC Points 7 – 11 (£19,554 – £21, 166)
Actual Salary: £17,817 – £19,285
Working hours: Term time plus two weeks (41 weeks per year)
8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on Friday (37 hours per week)

Behaviour Support Manager

For September 2019 we are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Manager.

The core purpose of this role is to support College Leaders with maintaining high standards of behaviour and conduct around the Academy including playing a key role in the daily running of the Academy and pastoral support of the students.

Successful applicants must be able to form excellent relationships with students and apply Academy policies consistently.

We are seeking individuals who can inspire and motivate students whilst holding them to the highest of standards and supporting them through their formative years.

Applications are particularly welcome from individuals who have had previous experience working with young people (for example education, social work, policing).

Salary: NJC Points 12 – 17 (£21,589 – £23,836)
Actual Salary: £19,671 – 21,718
Working hours: Term time only (39 weeks per year)
8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on Friday (37 hours per week)

Local Area

Solihull is the home of designer-brand shopping, idyllic rural villages, fine dining, fabulous hotels and home to the National Exhibition Centre and Genting Arena, which hosts an array of spectacular live events.

Still quaint, the town is dotted with historic architecture including timber-framed Tudor houses and shops and nearly three-quarters of the borough is defined as Green Belt. Add to that Solihull is surrounded by picturesque countryside.

Birmingham Airport is just 10 minutes away and Birmingham International station and Solihull station both provide excellent transport links across the country.
