Pupils celebrate GCSE success at Tudor Grange Academy Solihull

Tudor Grange Academy Solihull proudly announced the exceptional achievements of its pupils, who all collected their GCSE results this week. These results reflect the school’s recent ‘Outstanding in all areas’ Ofsted report which notes that “pupils achieve exceptionally well in external examinations” and mark the culmination of a very successful year for the whole school community.

Tudor Grange Academy Solihull is part of Tudor Grange Academies whose family of schools is working together to model meaningful, collaborative excellence. The schools support their pupils in living ‘happy, fulfilling lives’ alongside outstanding teaching and learning opportunities.

This year’s results build on the strong tradition of academic performance at the school. 84% of pupils achieved a minimum grade 4 in English and Maths, with 72% achieving a minimum Grade 5 in these two key subjects.

There were some notable success stories amongst this year’s results with the following pupils showing consistently high performance across all their subjects:

• Mahad: 7 x grade 9, 3 x grade 8
• Ilyaas: 6 x grade 9, 4 x grade 8
• Sidney: 5 x grade 9, 5 x grade 8
• Shreshta: 5 x grade 9, 3 x grade 8, 1 x Distinction
• Jake: 3 x grade 9, 7 x grade 8

The success of Tudor Grange’s pupils is testament to the supportive and encouraging environment provided by the school, which emphasises not only academic achievement but also personal growth and development.

Tudor Grange Academy Solihull is a popular, mixed comprehensive school of 1700 pupils, including a thriving sixth form of 300.
