Students and staff at Tudor Grange Academy Solihull are celebrating another year of outstanding A Level success, with a strong set of results that reflect the hard work, resilience and dedication of our young people.

The cohort of 154 students achieved an impressive average points score of 41.71 per entry, with an average grade of a B+ across all qualifications.

Particularly noteworthy was the exceptional performance of the highest-achieving students, with 17 students attaining an average grade of A* across their studies. Overall, 43% of all qualifications were awarded at A or A grade*, while an outstanding 73% of qualifications were graded A to B*.

These results demonstrate the academic excellence of students across a wide range of subjects and place them in a strong position as they progress to their chosen universities, apprenticeships and employment opportunities.

“We are immensely proud of the achievements of our Year 13 students. While these excellent results reflect academic talent and hard work, they do not tell the whole story. Many of our students have overcome significant personal challenges during their time in the Sixth Form, often facing difficulties that are unseen by others while continuing to demonstrate remarkable determination and commitment to their studies.

What stands out most is the resilience they have shown. Time and again, our students have responded to setbacks, pressures and adversity with maturity, courage and perseverance. Those qualities will serve them just as well in the future as the grades they have achieved today.

To see 43% of qualifications awarded at A* or A and nearly three-quarters graded A* to B is a tremendous accomplishment. These results open doors to a wide range of exciting and competitive post-18 pathways, including leading universities, higher and degree apprenticeships, and rewarding career opportunities. We are delighted for all of our students and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make in the years ahead.”
